Hello Challenger!
We're a week into the 21-Days to #discoveryouchallenge. Can you believe how time flies!
I wanted to say hi and see how things are going for you. If you haven't been able to keep up, don't worry. Just pick up where you left off and keep going.
The challenge is designed so you can do it on your own schedule. You can always comment afterwards and people will still see your responses. Have a friend or two join you so you can do the challenge together.
Here are some tips to help you have a successful challenge:
✅ The challenge prompts at 12PM EST each day on our Challenge Playlist and Instagram page. There's a short supporting video that gets posted ONLY on YouTube for each day. Sorry it's too long for Instagram.
If you're not already doing so, subscribe to our Instagram and YouTube channel.
Make sure you have your notifications on.
We've created a #DiscoverYouChallenge Playlist for you to find all the content for the challenge in one place
✅ Find a consistent time in your day to sit and journal on each day’s prompts.
We recommend doing this early morning after some breathwork and meditation so you can go into the journaling with a clear mind. Whatever you decide, try to stay consistent.
✅ Stick to one prompt a day
✅ Don’t skip prompts.
The prompts are designed to build on each other, so stay in sequence.
You can do two if you miss a day, but no more than that.
It’s important to keep the pace so that you give yourself time to process what you’re discovering.
✅ Stay engaged and get support
You can leave comments on any of the videos in YouTube or Instagram and we'll get back to you!
Interact with other challengers and get support there, also!
